Our client an award winning residential house builder who is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a development just west of Tenterden, Kent comprising of 74 new homes a collection of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom “barn style houses” and traditionally built homes.

The successful candidate is likely to come from a major house builder or have a mixed contracting/house building background. A current CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid Certificate is essential as is the ability to supervise and co-ordinate staff, sub-contractors, material supplies and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme.
