This Company specialises in fixed-price design and build and two stage tender contracts throughout the United Kingdom.

Projects include high-rise residential, commercial and mixed use schemes for new and repeat clients including most national house builders and some of the UK's most prestigious development companies.

This client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a multi-storey high rise residential and commercial project in Manchester.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience gained with a recognised main contractor, a work history that includes projects valued in excess of £20m, plus previous experience of high rise R.C frame construction.

This role will involve preparing budget estimates / cost plans, tendering documents, interim valuations, take-offs, cost reports and final accounts including the evaluation of contractors claims, and effective variation control.

Desirable

• Experience in COINS or a similar financial system.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365.
