We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on affordable housing projects in South London.

Successful applicants will preferably possess a BSc in Surveying and / or membership of a recognised construction body (MCIOB, RICS), must have experience of working on new build affordable social housing projects, Community Healthcare experience would be advantageous.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of JCT and other forms of contract and possess a strong appreciation of project processes and risk management.

Commercial awareness and the ability to carry out accurate cost / value forecasting and risk management are essential along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

There are opportunities to progress to Commercial Manager / Director within the company.
